After nearly two decades in executive leadership roles across some of the world's most prestigious automotive and luxury brands, I came to a simple realization: businesses rarely lack ambition or ideas. What they often lack is the alignment, leadership, and execution required to turn those ambitions into lasting results.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead organizations, transform business models, build brands, accelerate growth, and navigate complex challenges. I've also seen firsthand the gap that too often exists between strategic recommendations and operational reality.

I founded STAGE Advisory to bridge that gap. My ambition was to create a different kind of advisory firm: one that combines the strategic perspective of a consultant with the pragmatism, accountability, and hands-on experience of an executive who has actually been responsible for delivering results.
